At Élevé, we want you to have the best experience with our products. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help under specific conditions. Please read this policy carefully for complete details.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
You received the wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
2. For any of the above cases, a return or replacement request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. The request should be supported with relevant documentary proof, such as clear photographs and related email communication. No returns or replacements will be accepted by us after 7 (seven) days from the date of product delivery.
3. If the package appears to be empty or unusually light at the time of delivery, we request that you record a video while opening the package for verification purposes. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
4. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Are Not Applicable For

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Orders refused at the time of delivery.

Any damage caused after delivery.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Process
- Write to Us: care@iameleve.com for any return request.
- Verification: Our team will review your request and verify the returned product upon receipt.
- Refund Timeline: Once received and verified, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon completion.
- Refund Fees: If you changed your mind, refunds will include a ₹100 processing fee.
- Prepaid Orders: Cancellations after dispatch will have shipping and packing costs deducted.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Refunds will exclude shipping charges if refused at delivery. Refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer — please contact our team for assistance.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. However, in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, we will arrange a return pickup at no additional cost to the customer.
